    In a normal political environment he would have had to at least put it in a blind trust, like how Jimmy Carter did with his peanut farm (he put it in a blind trust). Of course Trump would at most have turned it over to his sons, which he claimed he did in 2017. Anyway I have a feeling this sum barely scratches the surface ($2B from KSA to his son-in-law, for instance?).

    This isn’t about returning the money, it’s about having one more thing to bludgeon him (and Republicans in general) with, especially in response this whole Hunter Biden bullshit.

    Are we expecting the favors that money pays for to be returned as well? The cows are out of the barn here. Returning that money won’t fix anything, nor would it amount to a fitting punishment.
