Jurors Thursday convicted a Denver-area police officer of criminally negligent homicide and third-degree assault and acquitted another in the 2019 death of Elijah McClain, a Black man whose name became a rallying cry in protests over racial injustice in policing.
It's extremely sad and telling that there have been so many black men murdered by the police that I have trouble keeping track of them all.
The worst is how many have been killed before ubiquitous cameras proved how full of shit cops are.
I dunno, I think the worst thing is that the police keep killing black people on camera on a regular basis and rarely even face charges, much less any jail time.
