Normally we attend them at gay clubs where heavy drinking is involved. It’s adult entertainment and why I wouldn’t take my child. Just like I wouldn’t take my kid to a strip club.

A good friend of mine is a drag performer. He wouldn’t take his children either.

Not everything is a child event nor should it be.

“I’ve only been to explicitly adult shows which is why I think they’re adult shows”

Of course if you only go to gay clubs with heavy drinking you’d think those shows are for adults. Because those shows ARE for adults.

Let’s ban Highlite magazine because Playboy is a magazine.

Let’s ban Barney VHS because Anal Pirates 7 is a VHS.

Let’s ban nursery rhymes because wack thug rap exists.

Let’s ban everything so we personally don’t have to be responsible for ourselves and children. We just want to shove them into modern school daycare and be done with em.

Let’s kill their innocence by never even letting them experience life at all whatsoever. Let’s put them in a perfectly manicured box so when they grow up they are set back 18years and have to learn about the basics of reality and live their ‘adolescence’ from 18-38. Forget about getting a life and career after school, you’ll need to figure out wtf life is because you were never allowed to see or experience it.

Raise your kids like a plant under a bucket in the dark where it can’t grow with the sun and universe.

Sorry for showing my age haha.

        Fahuck America.

I was raised by prudes. That’s my source. I ended up wandering the street in my early 20s to see everything I was sheltered from. That’s how you turn your kids to drugs and alcohol.

Not fun shows for adults. They do shows that are explicitly for kids or families. They don’t do sexual stuff at those shows and, believe it or not, kids like people in flamboyant outfits doing fun things like singing.

…right… Who’s taking their kids to bars? Anyone that takes their kid to a bar is a moron and probably shouldn’t be allowed to have a kid anyway.

It’s pathetic how lax America is with kids and alcohol. Yet they ban inconspicuous indoor medical grows from towns to save the kids from weed. America’s dead …it’s a lost cause.

Doesn’t America have like, the highest drinking age in the West?

I hadn’t heard that, but it wouldn’t shock me. I always thought the drinking age should be 16 and the driving age should be 18. That gives kids two years to understand what being impaired from drinking means before ever getting behind the wheel of a car.

Bingo. All the people downvoting are stating they’d take their kids to a drunken bar at 2am. That’s why laws get creates because some people don’t have common sense.

I didn’t speak to those as those are more recent and stated my opinion already on it. It isn’t something I’d take my child to but people should be free to raise their child as they see fit.
