Yes, but I’m not sure what you’re suggesting. If it’s that this was a deliberate miss (maybe to give Trump a boost) it seems implausible that anyone would plan to shoot from some distance, aiming so close to the candidate that the bullet clips his ear, but not killing him. If the aim were to miss deliberately then shooting that close to his head would risk the plan backfiring completely.
Yeah, it does seem a little unlikely that the bullet would clip the tip of his ear but he’d be fine. If the teleprompter was smashed that seems plausible.

Pretty cool how the magic bullet just happened to send a piece of glass in a non-vital part of the body that makes a lot of blood when hurt, and said blood goes on the face. If it had hit any other part of him the effect would have been boring.
