      That’s “today’s French territory”, but there is a reason why history calls them Normans and not French.

        If you say so, but there’s a reason English is full of French words and it’s not because the UK is full of Francophiles.

        Also, kind of weird that they spoke a language called Norman French.

        But sure, you want to call them Vikings, go for it.
