So doing a terrorist attack just before german election, he probably wanted an anti-immigrant (which islamophobes often hide behind) party to gain support. And that is exactly what happened, AfD were some of the first ones to call out the attack as “enough is enough”.
He is. A Saudi immigrant, moved to Germany in 2006. And we don’t know about his motive yet, so people might do themselves a solid by not talking out their ass about things they don’t know for sure yet.
Yeah its crazy. But at the same time this isn’t the first time a right wing nut job tried to do something like this. Lately there has been a general increase in far-right sickos taking it out on either jews or muslims.
This attack looks to me as an attempt to antagonize muslims in the eyes of christians. And especially the timing of the attack (just before the German election) imo shows that he planned to do it in advance.
Hopefully, more things will uncover as time passes by because the guy was an absolute idiot. I just hope this doesn’t affect the election results too much cuz otherwise he would win in his motives.
