    Congress. Congress is willing to hold a lot of things hostage in the name of the border and should be implicated in any complaint on how government is treating migration.

      But, doesn’t Biden’s executive order specifically target asylum seekers AND NOT standard migrants?

      Please address the ‘asylum seekers’ vs ‘standard migrants’ difference with your response.

    They wouldn’t let this happen under Trump so they certainly shouldn’t let this happen under Biden.
