you choose the wallpaper. It doesn't randomly cycle between all wallpapers in the workshop or something. The only reason an adult wallpaper will ever be displayed is if you specifically select it

That and you can also straight up remove them from the search with a setting.
Screensavers still exist in Windows, you know. I use one for my OLED.
