Though making an unreliable intern is amazing and was impossible 5 years ago…
Would it be possible to prefetch the next especially when in autoscroll mode?
Haha, but squares icons are ads
WhatsApp was able to build this in a cave! With a box of scraps!
steer clear of the term “refugee camps” to describe areas of Gaza historically settled by displaced Palestinians expelled from other parts of Palestine during previous Israeli–Arab wars. The areas are recognized by the United Nations as refugee camps and house hundreds of thousands of registered refugees.
It really doesn’t seem the guidance aims for not persuading you to take an opinion
Offices always have had limited meeting rooms and same reservation concept applies. Not a new challenge.
This is ragebait content from democrats. 25 percent minimum income tax on anyone worth at least $100 million is still grossly unfair. 50 billion in a year is a pittance for the owning class. Removing loopholes and including expenditure as a factor is needed to fix income tax.
I can understand bird droppings being corrosive, but oil and salt?? Puny weak-ass exterior…
Pardon, I don’t get this - “The developer can position themselves as the “highest bidder” by an extremely small margin over the property’s historical value, denying the current owner the windfall from the recent removede in land value.” - Wouldn’t ask/bid and transaction value determine the land value? Why does the land value tax increase a lot if the best offered purchase value will be only slightly higher than historical?
Developer is not controlling the price, they’re the highest bidder. It seems like a positive anyway - existing owners can sell at a high rate, government can get more tax, more tax can fund more support for the poor
Delivery apps are not in a strong position though - both demand (customers) and supply (delivery personnel) easily change where they are on.
From the headline I thought it's changing from 3 per month to 5 per month. And I thought, good for you California. Then I read it's per year. What the fuck is wrong with you all?
Thanks! I feel this really hit the point home for me - “NIF also helps address “life-extension” programs—regularly planned refurbishments of weapon systems to ensure long-term reliability.”
But they have made thousands of nuclear weapons, and have the production know-how for more. So why bother model and validate and test?
Wtf do you mean validate nuclear weapons
Wouldn’t lower land prices mean higher ROIC and lower risk for developers (individual or corporate) ? And this hence lead to more housing?
