They want to know IF the patient took it and not that you provided it or forced it down his throat

If something happens to the patient they need to know if he took the medication.

If you only chart that you provided the patient with the medication then they dont know if he took it or they might be under the impression that he took it and if he gets complications from not taking it then they might not give him the dose he needs since they will be afraid of over medicating.

As well as if he did take the medication and got complications from the medicine it self they won’t know since they don’t know if he actually took it.

  • You can still be introverted and need those close to you.

You would most likely prefer smaller groups to crowds, maybe self reflect and retreat into your own mind more than others, probably think before you act. You would also most likely feel tired after being in a crowd, feel comfortable being alone(doesn’t mean 4months alone would be ok), and have few friendships but you are very close with those friends.

I am an introvert but I still need my partner, my family and my friends. I just don’t need them that often and I am fine being on my own but I would definitely prefer to be with them than without them. That is why we chose them, right? Because we enjoy their company.

  • Sweden:

    First schools in 1200.
    First Uni in Uppsala 1477.
Compulsory education to the lower classes in form of oral education by the priest about the bible and two prayers was from 1400.
First secondary level education in 1623. Compulsory reading abilities by all classes from 1723
Then compulsory formal 4 years school education by all by 1842.
By 1858 they changed the first 2 years of the formal school to compulsory primary education focusing on basic reading abilites when it turned out many could still not read.

  • If you are currently beneath the personal allowance limit of £12,570 then it's still only 20% on anything above the limit until you reach 50k and then it's 40% on anything above 50k. So 12,5k-50k is still 20% and anything under 12,5k is still tax free.

So if you do get a job to save up for a pc you would only pay lets say 200 in tax on 1k if you're in the 20% bracket.

It's not like they would force you to pay 20% on your whole allowance just because you hit the allowance limit.

You say TAX like it's a big scary thing but the only difference is that you have to work a couple of extra hours to make up for the tax that you will be paying. If you get £10 per hour you would have to put in 2.5 more hours to make the same as you would before the 20% bracket.

I'm currently paying 34% on everything I make if I make over 3k. I would gladly take the allowance and put in a few extra hours if I hit the 20% bracket.

  • I mean you don't need a full time job. Flipping burgers at mc donalds for a month or two would suffice to pay for a new pc if you don't have to pay for housing and living during that time.

Now I don't know where in the UK you live but its getting close to Christmas so they will need more people to sort post and packages for the next two months. Retail will also need more staff for the next two months.

Leading up to Christmas is one of the best times to find a job for extra cash.

If you're also any good at photography and have a portfolio you could probably find a studio that is looking for an extra pair of hands with family photos and christmas cards.

Don't put yourself in debt unnecessarily praying for a business to hopefully be successful enough to pay off the monthly payment on a laptop that you can't actually afford.

  • That would be comparable with asking someone who smokes weed a couple of times a year to quit cold turkey.

Of course it's not going to make any difference to you if you stop taking sugar or not.

However ask someone who "needs" to have that redbull every day. Who drinks sugary lattes, eats sweetened bread and so on.

Ask them to quit and they will most likely experience withdrawal symptoms and have a really hard time to keep away from sugar.

  • No. All bugs are scary and vomit inducing. And those fuckers are definitely worthy of the title "sea bug".

Spiders are strangely enough kind of okay as long as they are hairy. Spiders without wigs are scary.

Shellfish of all kinds are scary and vomit inducing unless they are cooked and the meat is served without the shells.

I have been brave enough to actually try to work with my phobia by stopping and looking in the seafood section at the store. Some times if I'm brave enough I will try to touch a crab if it's packaged.
