You are not one of the good guys
Anything east of the Atlantic coast is British
I was making fun of you. Literally every authority said for months leading up to Nov. 5th said “the election has never been more secure,” and we made fun of the MAGAs for saying it was going to be rigged. We don’t get to change our mind just because we didn’t get the outcome we wanted.
Is it our turn to claim election fraud?
Buddy this meme is put in reverse.
Netflix THEN Chrome THEN Windows???
I don’t think so. The total number of votes didn’t change much, but it isn’t like the exact same people from 2020 came out for him again. He made massive gains in black and Hispanic voters, for example, so his base isn’t necessarily capped yet.
If you don’t have access to a good VPN (one based outside of the US) and a separate thumb drive for TailsOS, I suggest getting both and learning how to use them before it becomes a lot more difficult to do so
It’s really short, I read the entire thing last night, but it probes into the right-wing online space deeper than any other scholarly resource I’ve read.
There was never really that much risk of Dems losing voters to the Repubs (at least as long as Trump was the R candidate). The real damage came from Dems losing enthusiasm.
Ozma, aren’t your fingers getting sore pressing ctrl+c, ctrl+v all day?
Keep on keeping on. You’re by far my favorite poster
Anyone who hasn’t read Kill all Normies by Angela Nagle, buy a copy (and ignore the name, it’s anti-Trump). It’s written about the first Trump election but seems more relevant now than in 2017.
The Right was able to weaponize online spaces far better than the Left, against all conventional wisdom that the Dems were the party of the young people and the Repubs for the older ones.
Then why are you crying about American renegement when you have Poland and Estonia outpacing America?? What do you even need us for?
Oh yeah, it’s that 754 billion USD. LOL.
So unless you can conjure 430 Billion USD out of your ass without any inflationary effect then America just lost a third of its defence budget and power.
And Europe’s defense would be cut down to a third. America will do fine defending a much smaller area with a slightly smaller defense budget. Europe, I doubt it.
I think the possibility of America leaving NATO is the only thing that I can see as a good thing on the horizon. I cannot wait until Russia steamrolls you all the way to France and I never have to hear about ungrateful Europeans from behind the Great Firewall that Putin puts in place for you.
Saved. Golden comment.
There’s no money in learning
These people are so out of touch. Dear fucking god we deserved this
Edit: I know half a dozen friends in North Carolina who sat out yesterday because of how far right Harris swung to appeal to the fictional moderates. I don’t agree with their decision but the idea that dems will win by pulling back is retarded.
Better than Trump by any measure
Except the only measure that matters, which happened last night. Can’t even say she was more popular either.
NATO isn’t sharing resources, it’s literally just Europe leeching off America’s military. And because of some gross paternal feelings towards the Old World, America was very happy being Europe’s bitch in that regard for the past 80 years.
There is no price tag on that.
There is for Americans who have watched our military budget balloon several times over the agreed-upon 2% to pick up the slack - at the expense of our social programs.
Of course you don’t give a flying fuck about where the money comes from yet
I’d like European countries to actually commit 2% to defense and for the US to stop subsidizing other countries’ socialism.
As it stands, NATO is a defense pact designed to counter a country that literally doesn’t exist anymore and has failed consistently for the past 30 years.
Go get your gun and brownshirt then Rambo
