Sadly, I don't think so. Searching about that I found out they switched to GTK3 interface being default just before GTK4 was released… And making the switch from GTK2 took a long time.

So true… Not only sometimes it makes it hard to find the translated function name (especially since they are adding a lot of new functions) but there are quite often longer… For instance in French you go to a simple ifs to si.conditions…

I also read the books and watched this adaptation. This was good and 30 episodes felt right. Hope they will adapt the next 2 books. The story really get better and it’s a lot more SF.

For the Netflix adaptation I feel like they won’t be able to cover first book with only 8 episodes. They will surely need 2 seasons which means it’s going to take a long time before Netflix will adapt all books.
