Wasn’t that what Desantis did, put a coal sticker on his Tesla? Then had dealerships write up a bill to restrict people from purchasing vehicles directly from manufactures without going through a dealership, keeping the costs higher for the people. The bill had an exemption for certain vehicles… Like the Tesla he bought.

The vehicles weight a little more, but the move to solid state batteries will decrease weight by 30-50%. So that issue is already being addressed. Batteries will get better as we start to use them as competitive markets drive fixing such. We aren’t improving gas powered vehicles much anymore, they still kill people with their exhaust daily. Anyone going against the movement is for killing people and the environment. Dead stop.

I think the guy is terrible but threatening to forcibly impregnate is not how I read that tweet. Didn’t he say “okay I will give you a child” or some shit. That doesn’t imply non consent, it sounded to me as an offer, which was gross. Could maybeee be considered harassment, but 1 tweet would be hard to classify as that as well. It would be like trying to make catcalling illegal. It’s gross, but by no means would it ever make a law that wouldn’t be abused.

Yes, I assume all sovereign nations have laws against enemies of the state. Ours are specified in the constitution. The sentencing is laid out in or laws as well. Existing as a NAZI doesn’t qualify, but acting as a NAZI very well might qualify you depending on the acts.

He can’t pardon people from state crimes, all he can do is pardon from federal. Once reclassified, he can “urge” Congress to write legislation to superceed state laws, be he isn’t the the legislative branch.

He kicked off the process to have them investigate it so it could be reclassified back in 2022. The reclassification would be the grounds for courts to accept changes in sentences. Once the reclassification is done Congress will have to write the bill, not the executive branch, he’s done his part already.
