Nope, I just checked. Apparently, you can’t say anything good about Linux. Seems like a useless waste of time but, whatever. If I got banned from that site I would consider it a blessing.
I’m not sure if it’s related but there was an annual symposium called “Linux Sucks”. It was a gathering of mostly Linux developers. The idea was to find the ways Linux sucks and develop ideas to fix the suck.
Thank you
I like that, who said it?
Wow, a news article from where I live, that’s pretty amazing.
It’s funny that the people who preach freedom and having their rights are the very people who want to take our rights. Actually it’s not that funny.
Trickle down means a rich man is pissing on your leg.
“Well, I would do that, and we’re sitting down, you know; I was, somebody, we had Senator Marco Rubio and my daughter, Ivanka, who was so impactful on that issue.… But I think when you talk about the kind of numbers that I’m talking about that because the childcare is childcare, couldn’t, you know, there’s something you have to have it, in this country you have to have it.”
In 2016 they said it couldn’t happen here. They laughed at the idea of trump getting elected. They were shocked when he was elected and racism once again reared its ugly head. In Germany they said it couldn’t happen here and look what happened. Now we have Trump, the racists have come out of the woodwork, project 2025 was revealed and we’re very close to the end of America if we don’t do something.

I swear conservatives have gone full moron at this point.
To “own the libs” whatever that means.
They should add a bunch of people who can’t dance dancing around like idiots.
We’ve had meetings spelling out to users what they should look for in a suspicious email. Then, once a week we would send out an email that was either legitimate or suspicious. We would ask them to look closely at the email and mark down on the questionnaire whether the email was suspicious or legitimate. A not insignificant number of people failed the test every week. Your average user just isn’t equipped with the mindset they need to be safe on the internet.
I’m not saying don’t use the Internet. I’m saying be aware, be careful. Don’t let companies sell your information. Use two factor authentication. Encrypt everything you can. Scan your system for malware. Don’t open suspicious emails. Be proactive, but realize at some point someone could compromise your security.
I figure it’s best to assume that there is no privacy on the internet.
I’ve been in IT to close to 40 years and I don’t say anything online that I wouldn’t say in public.
Every year for the last 40 years I’ve been saying the same thing and here we are
