Nerd, programmer, writer. I like making things!
Good taste, YYYY-MM-DD

milquetoast
We finally don’t need custom resources for simple exports!
You can also write your own systems like that for Godot, for example Jolt is available on the asset library!
Awesome news!
Way easier to type than json!
I’m not really surprised! It’s come a looooong way since 3.0, but I’m glad to hear that the newer users are understanding of the model. I guess we have Blender to thank for that
I hope it catches on!
Definitely agree, maybe it’s time to share Paul Ramsey’s talk on the subject again
To name a few:
Some more in the works:

Been using Renovate a few months now. On large repos it can take a while to run (the git api is slow for certain pages when comparing commits), but it does seem to work well! It’s even got CVE notifications
A handful of shortcuts isn’t that hard
I rarely use the prompt stuff, but it’s one of the best autocompletes I’ve ever used though since it usually finishes a line or two when I have part of it typed. Works great for things like conditionals and loops, not as good at more complicated code so I usually ignore it.
Hell yeah let’s beat it like a piñata
Hmm, I have no idea what to call the genre but I like that song you shared! Maybe California Nights or Where Were You When the Sky Opened Up? I’ll try to think some more, those are just off the top of my head
Here’s the repo, MIT licensed but there’s no description since it’s covered in the video: https://github.com/lukky-nl/Pocket-Godot
as in “your fork is official now, we have our own compatability in .net and there’s no need to maintain it”
The recognition is nice, but there hadn’t been a major release in over 5 years. I’d guess the outcome is mostly paperwork
They’re still word predictors. That is literally how the technology works
