I lost a bunch of weight a couple years ago. The secret was counting calories. Eating out at lunch was usually twice as many calories as I was allowed. Everywhere I went it was this way. Personally, the portion sizes didn’t look huge.

I’ve been seeing these commercials about losing weight. They briefly show a 💉 needle and state, “with the same active ingredient as ozampic”. It’s sort of messed up. It’s funny (dark humor), right?

This seems about right considering one of the US political parties is telling everyone daily, on every medium, that the US is under threat. Rhetoric to some, reality to others.

Not sure that’s helping.

I’m no expert but, I’m guessing that somebody that was raped and pregnant is going to have some bad trauma. And probably not wanting to let everyone know what happened and then willing to fight for an abortion. Some never tell what happened.

I’m fine with them being in a ballot but that should require equal TV airtime and equal debates for all possible candidates. So far, all I’m hearing about is right this and left that.

I still get cheap coffee there. The other day, the drive through person asked if I have installed the app yet. I awkwardly replied “no”. It was a hard push.

How can this be? All the games I buy on Steam are cheaper than on other platforms. Where are these cheaper games?

I tip if there was something to tip. Fast casual dining with me bussing, nope. Receiving a cup for coffee that I pump and setup, nope.
