Burkina Faso last year experienced two military coups — both triggered in part by discontent at failures to stem a raging jihadist insurgency. More than 17,000 people have died in attacks since 2015, more than 6,000 just since the start of this year, according to a count by an NGO monitor called the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project (ACLED).

    I like how the image for this nuclear power plant is the the top of a HRSG and stack of a combined cycle gas plant. I'm sure whoever wrote this piece is knowledgeable about the industry 🙄

    101 of building pressure. russia will use this project as pawn, if they want a thing from the usa in the future they can say 'give us X and we stop the project that would allow people u dont like to get close to nuklear material'
