STOCKHOLM (AP) — Two scientists won the Nobel Prize in medicine on Monday for discoveries that enabled the creation of mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 and that could be used to develop other shots in the future.

    I'm so glad that quack who claims he helped invent the mRNA vaccine getting completely forgotten as he was one of the biggest misinformation vaccine peddlers during the pandemic.

    Katalin Karikó, born in 1955 in Szolnok, Hungary, senior vice president at BioNTech RNA Pharmaceuticals until 2022, now external consultant.

    Drew Weissman, born in 1959 in Lexington, Massachusetts, USA, RNA researcher and patent holder, that were used in the BioNTech & Moderna Covid-19 vaccines.

    These guys are heroes. Doing their job, but they came in clutch and saved millions of lives.

      Not just that but mRNA vaccines are a very novel kind of delivery system. It has the possibility to completely revolutionize vaccines and medicine.

      It's absolutely fascinating and I'm eager to see what the future will bring out of it.

    I bet Bill Gates is feeling really cheated right about now. All those years iterating through the different versions Windows and 5G, building the perfect virus, only to have these two quacks steal his thunder.
