    Says the same people who would salivate like a rabid dog if they get to assassinate Putin or assassinate Saddam Hussein on false pretext of WMD.

    The person who was killed did encourage killings as evidenced by the poster shown. Whereas no proof of India's alleged involvement is forthcoming.
