It’s absolutely true that a lot of modern-day problems with being tired come from bad sleep habits. What I’m talking about is a real phenomenon that isn’t being in front of a screen too close to bedtime. Look I’m gonna be honest, I had zero opinions on cubits prior to seeing your post, mostly because I was unaware of their existence. Just based on your incredible passion alone, I guess I’ll think back on them fondly now, as a huge milestone for human civilization.
