Fair. I guess I never really needed to deal with that since I upload in original. That and Google Photos Takeout Helper made migrating easy for me.

Not entirely disagreeing with you but, what exactly is “malicious” about separating photo and metadata? It could be just how their servers process and stores those photos, with the added benefit of geotagging videos.
I use Google Photos and upload in original quality. When I download from takeout, the metadata is still in the original files. Iirc, only if you select upload in “high quality” where they compress it again, do you lose the metadata in the file stored in the cloud.
Should I also get the Below Zero bundle?
It’s pretty fun so far, and rage inducing lol. You can see the inspirations drawn from Hollow Knight, Ori and such. Though, I find it way harder and unforgiving than Hollow Knight. The game really wants you to parry every single enemy attack, and will punish you quite hard you if you fail to do so. Just holding the block button does not work, it will block one attack but not the next. You need to press block (or ideally parry with the right timing) on every attack to avoid getting stun locked, which means fighting multiple enemies could be quite challenging, and enemies with quick attack combos are guaranteed to be a pain in the ass.
I don’t know if this helps you, but in computer science there’s a dataset called CelebA containing huge amounts of celebrity face photos, original and cropped with some basic attributes annotations, that is used to train various deep learning models.
The “fuck you I got mine” mindset. Sigh
You’re right, I misread the question and thought it was the 1700s. That changes it quite a bit 😂.
There are 4 tier levels for plane maintenance, and iirc, the plane manufacturer may involve in higher tier ones or repairs that have more serious issues. Otherwise, airlines usually do their own repairs. In this case, it’s a subsidiary of United called United Technical that does their repairs and maintenance.
I don’t understand why the media isn’t focusing more on United airlines maintenance issues, and still hammering on Boeing. I mean, Boeing deserves all the criticism, but a lot of the Boeing plane issues in the news recently are all old ones flown by United.
The medieval period to me would be like in Game of Thrones or DnD settings, where automation tech was still hydraulic based at best, and medical knowledge was still very very limited.
1700s had steam engines and electricity, and apparently lithography was invented in the 1790s, so that’s a big difference.
Sure lol. I harness the power of the sun and lightning to make special stones that other people can command it to make it work for them.
Basically creating a golem haha.
I’d love a medieval version of this question lol.
But apparently not for the game creators :(
Tax breaks. Woohoo!
How this shitty legal manoeuvre is even allowed is so infuriating.
I bought Zelda TotK when it came out, now I’m finally playing it. Just finished the first boss fight, I really like that not only do shrines train you to be creative with the Ultrahand, side quests like sign support and korok escort quests also reenforce it with interesting tools. Towers being launch towers which ties in with the verticality of the game is also a nice touch.
Still don’t know how to deal with lynels, three headed dragons, and the gloom hands thing though.
For a flying sim, you probably want “weather” data, not “climate” data. Like on this particular date, time, and location, data for the wind direction, rain, cloud formation, temperature, etc. That data would be humongous.
A flying cockroach. Need I say more?
Any game from Supergiant I would recommend in a heart beat.
Right, that's pretty important too!
Every photocopy machine I’ve come across that accept USB sticks do not support exFAT, so what I would do with my USB stick is to split it into two partitions, one FAT32 and the rest exFAT.
