The pay bill button on my capital one CC account doesn’t work on Firefox. Once a month I have to use a chromium based browser.
Something something shocked Pikachu something
I disagree, most of these subscriptions options are all built in and “enabled” if bought. There ain’t no car manufacturers looking to reduce their car prices for us. It’s profit above everything
I’ve only experienced real issues when out of network coverage for a long time.
I make sure I download the areas I’ll visit especially if the network coverage is spotty.
My Ford sync 3 amd my old Tundra with a Kenwood AA radio bot work fine out of service as long as I have the maps downloaded
I have a 2008 tundra a coworker just bought a new one so I asked for a ride. It was nice to see under the enormous center display, the HVAC controls!
I’m ok with a decent amount of tech in a car. Like I’m fine being able to connect my phone to the car and have android auto take over the infotainment system.
But the HVAC stuff needs to be buttons I can access/control without looking or very minimal looking.
I don’t want/need my car to have a SIM card, or connect to wifi, and report what I’m doing. If they want to do that, then they can give me the car for free and I’ll drive it around letting them collect my driving habits.
Edit: Oh, and I’m sure as hell not paying some subscription fee on top of the price of the car.
I need to drop weight I picked up last Christmas when I was injured. Just don’t want to diet :)
So, I need to get motivated for the next 7 years :)
I literally could not get off the floor for around 2h and was panicking quite a bit. Never ever felt so vulnerable before. Do not recommend whatever happened to me :). Good thing is it was just muscle and once healed I was back to 100% It just prevented me from running for over a month.
Oh ya… Marathons have come and gone for me :) Initially because they were just expensive but COVID had me WFH full time and the group I ran with was near my work office. So I sort of morphed into running alone and just as maintenance vs. Training for something.
I’m about to hit 53 and try to run between 15-20/miles a week still but I did fall behind on my fitness the end of last year when I had some crazy back spasms after sneezing (of all things) that really set me back. Takes forever to get back. Luckily I do not have any physical issues (knees etc) most if my issues now are not eating healthy enough and general motivation to improve. Sounds like I’ve got about 7 years to get on top of it so I can cruise through that age too :)
Interestingly enough, a random couple things happened when I was between 43-44 that lead to me start distance running and run my first full marathon about 4 months before I turned 44.
I was decently fit before, but didn’t run any distance above a maybe 5 miles. I do not remember anything negative happening around that time or shortly after. I was actually increasing my cardio endurance dramatically over the next 5 years or so.
But, will they enforce it?
I believe I only know of him because I have a teenager. I watch Youtube a lot and he’s never on my feed.
This happened like 10 years ago, so the worms were just digging in back then perhaps.
It was the brain worms directing him.
I have a Pixel 8 pro (with stock OS) and use Shelter to isolate my work apps. I have not had any issues. Super nice being able to just pause the whole suite of apps when I’m on PTO / away and don’t want to be bothered.
This is incredible… This is the type of stuff the internet is made for! They are absolutely different than I would have guessed, which is a good thing! I think it’s amazing “Mike” was volunteering for Bernie
I’m here to make this place better than reddit and with the lower volume of people, those here need to participate.
Ya, I’m not sure that has ever been true as a blanket statement.
